An ideal space for social gatherings. Open 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. In the clubhouse you will find a common use kitchen, a large refrigerator and freezer.

The game room offers ping-pong and shuffleboard table, arcade games and a PlayStation 4 game console.

Laundry Facilities

Located next to our lobby near the fountain courtyard. Washers and dryers are available in our guest laundry facilities at no charge.

Pool/Hot Tub

Our large lap pool is heated year round. The resort also offers one hot tub. In the courtyard, you will find a fire pit to gather around.

RESORT GUIDELINES

Welcome to the Olympic Village Inn. We have taken a moment to highlight a few important Rules & Regulations, which help to ensure that all of our guests experience an enjoyable vacation.

Occupancy

All units accommodate four overnight guests. All additional guests should be registered at the front desk in order to receive keys and/or parking pass.

Check-In / Out Times

You are invited to check in at 4:00 p.m. Check out is no later than 11:00 a.m. seven days a week. No late check outs can be honored to ensure that the room remains vacant for sufficiant time period prior to next owner/guest.

Check-In Age

Your group must include at least one adult 18 years or older throughout your stay. Failure to comply may cause forfeiture of your remaining nights.

Check-Out Procedure

Prior to check out at 11:00 a.m., please load all dirty dishes and kitchenware in the dishwasher and turn it on. Make sure all checked out items have been returned. You may text (530) 230-5212 "checkout" and leave the keys in your unit. A late charge may be assessed if your unit is not vacated by 11:00 a.m.

Clothing

Shirts and shoes are required in the lobby, fitness center and game room of the resort at all times.

Barbecues

Barbecues are located on the deck adjacent to the clubhouse. Local fire code prohibits the use of barbecue grills on our unit patios.

Housekeeping Schedule

Housekeeping Services are provided as follows:

Tuesday - 1st floor Midweek Service

Wednesday - 2nd floor Midweek Service

Thursday - 3rd floor Midweek Service

Additional cleaning and/or linen services are available upon request for an additional charge.

Parking

Parking is provided for our guests with one assigned spot. Additional parking is available off property. Parking permits are required. Please check with the front desk.

Pets

Pets are not permitted at the resort or in any unit or common area. Emotional support or comfort animals are considered pets, and are not permitted on resort property. A fee of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) may be charged by the resort for each night in violation of this policy. Failure to comply

may also result in the owner, renter, or guest being required to vacate the resort with no refund. Please inquire at the front desk for local pet boarding options. Exclusion of pets does not prohibit service animals, which are trained to respond to the individual’s needs and perform work or a task directly related to the individual’s disability. Service animals must be maintained under control at all times.

Quiet Time

Quiet Time is observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be considerate of your fellow guests by keeping noise to a minimum during this time.

Smoking

The Olympic Village Inn is a smoke-free resort. Smoking is prohibited in all guest quarters and common areas. A cleaning fee of $300 or more will be charged to any guest who chooses to smoke in the unit.

TV Instructions

• Press the ON button on the DirecTV remote control.

• Wait 10 seconds for picture to show.

• If picture does not show hold the ENTER/INPUT button for 3 seconds (bottom right).

• Select the other HDMI option.

DVD/Blu-ray Instructions

• Hold the ENTER/INPUT button for 3 seconds on DirecTV remote.

• Select the other HDMI option.

• Make sure player is on and DVD is in (use black DVD remote).

Troubleshooting

✓ Make sure all cables and power plugs are connected to TV and outlet?

✓ Try a different HDMI option.

✓ Try re-setting DirecTV box. Hold red button on side of DirecTV box for 5 seconds.

✓ Enter channel # as 3 digits, example: 003.

Proposition 65: California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 [California Resorts]

Pursuant to California’s Proposition 65, Olympic Village Inn is obligated to warn you as follows:

1. This property contains a chemical known by the State of California to cause cancer; and/or

2. This property contains a chemical known by the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Proposition 65, approved by the voters in 1986, has two major purposes: (i) prevent any discharge or release of dangerous chemical in a manner that will contaminate any water supply and (ii) to prevent any exposure to any dangerous chemical unless the exposed person is first given a “clear and reasonable” warning. Since its inception, the State of California has identified and listed almost 900 chemicals. It is our desire to first and foremost provide you with the finest and safest vacation experience. We must inform you that during your time here you may be exposed to certain chemicals, which fall within the State of California Proposition 65 list of chemicals.

Construction, Building Materials, Furnishings, Hardware, Maintenance Materials, Pest Control and Landscape Materials, and Cleaning Products:

WARNING: Certain construction, building materials, carpets, flooring, paint, room furnishings, hardware, electrical components, maintenance and cleaning products present or used at this facility contain Proposition 65-listed chemicals, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer, and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
