Join Jennifer Duranczyk in 60 minutes of gentle yet highly effective movement that increases mobility and decreases pain. This class focuses on regaining control of our bodies for more permanent pain relief. The American College of Sports medicine and the CDC recommends adults should perform activities that maintain or increase muscular strength and endurance for a minimum of two days per week. Healthy adults should participate in moderate intensity aerobic physical activity for a minimum of 30 minutes. Five days per week or vigorous intensity aerobic activity a minimum of 20 minutes 3 days a week. Prolong your prime bootcamp is designed to challenge your total mind and body with low impact cardio, resistance training, stretching, balance and finishing with a short relaxation all performed to great motivating music!
