The new international edition of the magazine, which is published fortnightly, is the result of a licensing agreement signed between Mondadori and Editorial Televisa. Grazia Mexico, edited by Fernanda Lebrija Garfias, introduces readers in the country to the unmistakable mix of celebrities, fashion, beauty and lifestyle that has always characterised the Mondadori’s fashion magazine. Grazia, that has a circulation of 100,000 copies and is distributed in Mexico and Central America, will have a cover price of 36 pesos (? 2.00), and is launched with a special promotional price for the first issue of 25 pesos (? 1.40). The launch of Grazia Mexico is supported by a media campaign on TV, print, radio and outdoor, focused on the concept of Made in Italy.

For its Beauty Special, Grazia France shot its cover picture with three models made up by M.A.C. International’s Makeup Director to feature three looks for the season. And if readers presented Grazia’s Beauty Special, readers also had a chance to have a one-hour makeup session with one of M.A.C. Cosmetics makeup artists in one of the 23 boutiques in France.

On October 10, the winner was chosen by the Grazia team and Sephora & Lancome members during a beauty festival sponsored by Lanc么me. On this occasion, readers also received free makeup samples.

On October 28, the first Grazia Beauty Bloggers Masterclass was held in collaboration with BE Creative Make Up. No less than 200 beauty fans signed up for this inspiring day where a beauty coach and beauty blogger revealed many tips and tricks and discussed the latest trends, showing BE Creative Make Up products. After an enjoyable drink, all readers left with a well-stocked Grazia goody bag and three BE Creative Make Up products.

Zalando Bloggers Award

A special Blogger Award Show took place at the popup store created by Zalando, the online fashion store, in downtown Amsterdam: two bloggers had the chance to win a People’s Choice Award and a Jury Award for the best fashion blog. Grazia was the media partner for this event and Grazia’s editor-inchief hosted the show and was also a jury member. The week before the event a special “style hunter” was promoted on the magazine to create awareness: readers were asked to come to the pop-up store to have their picture taken. The two “Style Hunter” winners won a professional photo shoot for Zalando and also a feature on Grazia.

Accademia Del Lusso and Grazia launched two competitions for the best “Future Fashion Designer” among magazine readers. The prize was a full three-year scholarship with Accademia Del Lusso. On October 31, Grazia and Longchamp invited readers to the Longchamp store to celebrate the new collection featuring three iconic Longchamp bags. Grazia team presented the background and information about the bags as well as tips on mixing and matching them in daily styles. All of the participants took a picture in the photo booth with their favorite chic Longchamp bag. At the end of the event, Grazia and Longchamp chose the top three best pictures and winners received a Longchamp voucher for purchases.

Grazia Party at Kurt Geiger

Grazia Russia organized a “London Party” to celebrate the opening of the Kurt Geiger corner at the “Tsvetnoy” mall. Traditional English tea was served at five o’clock with a DJ set and Grazia editors did a master class on English style. There were many activities and presents for customers attending the event and a special discount for Grazia readers. On October 10, 550 female workers from Samsung took part in a special “Working Women’s Healing Project” at the Samsung Digital Hall. After the welcome speech by Grazia Korea’s Editor-in-chief, a top stylist gave seven tips for perfect office styling, while all the participants learned how to do a scalp massage for stress release and joined an aroma oil DIY class.
