Symphony Sparks and Stars was an evening of celebration for Independence Day on July 4. The Hunter Amphitheatre at Community Maritime Park was a perfect setting for the night of patriotic music offerings from the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra. Pensacola community. The PSO supporters and community enjoyed the star-spangled presentation followed by fireworks. The celebration included a Color Guard Presentation of Colors by the U.S. Navy with the U.S. National Anthem followed by a Navy jet flyover. Friends and families were encouraged to bring their blankets and chairs to hear the music following a scenic sunset on the bay.
