Pitch Both the Casa Marina and the Reach Resorts had the need for a local agency that could deliver first-class work on a strict timeline. Needham Fatica was able to work with the local management and sales team to produce high quality materials for the 2 resorts.

RESULT Working under tight deadlines and in concert with local staff, we produced signage during the complete reconstruction of the 2 properties, including coordinating photo shoots of model rooms and promotional pieces for new restaurants.

In addition, we came up with two video sales pieces that were loaded onto video iPods. These iPods were custom engraved with Casa Marina website information and loaded with all relevant sales force information, including contact information and specific group sales data. This innovative marketing piece helped bring the clientâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s group sales efforts attention, press and increased sales.

Accompanying the video promotion, we created new sales sheets for both resorts that used new corporate ID materials and created a coherent marketing identity during the transition.

Pitch With real estate prices going through the roof in this market, we approached Marquis and explained that the sales material they were using had to have the quality and consistency of the houses they were selling. Million dollar homes needed a higher level of marketing than $400,000 homes do.

RESULT We instituted a company-wide branding overhaul, including comprehensive and consistent looks for all printed materials and advertising, and a digital marketing piece.

With the help of an agressive marketing strategy, Marquis Properties currently ranks in the top 3 in the Key West market in homes sold and is consistently the number one or two broker in their market over the last 24 months.

Pitch Hawk Associates came to us with an established brand that needed updating and an extensive website that was beginning to crumble under the weight of a growing data load.

RESULT For Hawk’s online presence, our plan was to completely overhaul their outdated web system and workflow to help free up office resources. Using Coldfusion, a dynamic web application framework, along with Mysql, we turned their bottle-necked system into a multi-threaded utility that could easily handle many different views and back-end updates simultaneously. The end result was a successful balance between the client’s need to host dynamic, up-to-date financial data and SEC monitored press releases, while creating a back-end system perfectly tailored to their workflow. In addition, the client now has less personnel executing the same tasks in a fraction of the time, plus a dynamic and visually exciting new web site.

In conjunction with the web architecture overhaul, Needham Fatica developed a new corporate identity, keeping in mind the firm’s strong ties to the Asian market. Using a simple red demisphere, we simplfied and strengthened all public-facing materials.

Hawk now enjoys increased market recognition, a more consistent corporate presentation and a website that builds customer loyality, delivers information and frees up valuable company resources.
