Introduction to Whole Body Exercise
w/ Trainer: Carlet Gray
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED FITNESS LEVEL
This whole-body exercise class allows participants to perform the fundamental movement at a higher activity level than the Beginner Level class. Participants are encouraged to challenge their physical activity with various exercise equipment. The volume of exercise gradually increases over the six-week session. Participants are educated about exercise performance to continue training to maintain good health and fitness.
