Photo Point
We use predominantly environmentally friendly ski buses with the latest motor technology to take you to the lift stations in the most eco-friendly way. There are bus links to the Panorama lift company Grossarltal, the 8-seater Hochbrand lift and the Fischbacher practice ski lift.

Grossarltal Snow Park A highlight for children and youngsters, as well as adults who do not want to grow up. Professionals and beginners will love the Kicker, Butter Box, Rainbow Butter Box, the Mushroom and much more. The Snow Park is 500 m long with two lines, leading down from the Sonnenbahn mountain station.
Children’s Area and Adventure Fun Slope Little ones can gain their first ski experiences on this ”playground“. Bumps, slaloms, a snow tunnel and an obstacle course challenge and motivate. The Kreuzhöhe button lift brings you safely to the top. Alternatively, head to the Children‘s Area Fischbacherwiese down in the valley.
”Ruhe Platzl” We have created various ”Places of Peace“ with trendy as well as classic chairs for you to enjoy. Take a deep breath and absorb the views in a relaxed atmosphere. Choose between the Natur Platzl, Sonnen Platzl, Servus Platzl, Gamsjaga Platzl, Glockner Platzl or the Ahornwand Platzl.
Tour Retour – We’ve come from there and are going there! When you think that you really have seen everything in the Grossarltal, on the “Tour Retour” you will find out about a completely new and yet also old side of the ski area. Along ski route 11, enjoy the fantastic setting at the foot of the Schuhflicker. The ski route is groomed regularly, making it suitable for all skill levels. Find out when once you are here.
Free WiFi Across the whole ski area there are impressive mountain panorama hotspots with quiet areas where you can surf the internet free of charge or simply check your e-mails.
Ski amadé Guide Free Ski amadé app, so that you can find your way around the whole ski area with your smartphone. This app shows you slopes, lifts and ski huts, calculates routes matching your skiing ability, leads you to your destination with the integrated piste navigation system and much more.

Enjoy the new platter lift, built in 2019, a snow playground, a large children’s area complete with magic carpet, and the Fischbacher Lounge serving hot and cold drinks and snacks. Access is free of charge!
Freshly prepared runs, empty slopes, the rising sun and, in addition, an ample breakfast – what more „ could you possibly want in the morning? BIKE-TRAIL IN THE „VALLEY OF THE ALMS“ Grossarltal’s highlight for bikers: the Singletrail Grossarltal. Up by cable car, out of the cabin and into flow trail paradise. Turn after turn, the track leads across 10 km and a 960 m difference in altitude down to the valley, delivering everything that will put a smile on ambitious trail bikers’ faces. FISCHBACHER ADVENTURE HILL Use of the entire Fischbacher Adventure Hill and the platter lift is free of charge. * Ski passes are only valid in the Grossarltal–Dorfgastein ski area. The 3 hrs ticket is valid for 3 hours from time of purchase.

Use of the entire Fischbacher Adventure Hill and the platter lift is free of charge. Photo obligation As a rule, a photo is required for a 9 day ski pass and longer (free digital photos at the bottom station in Grossarl).
Our Ladies’ Ski Week* is a true highlight of the season – and not just for the ladies. Both men and women bustle on the slopes for sunshine skiing and make use of our many offers, including professional ski guides, complimentary equipment tests, and more. Off the piste, you’ll find legendary events featuring international live acts such as Swiss pop star Beatrice Egli. Simply book 7 nights at a participating Ladies’ Ski Week establishment** with side programme plus a 6-day ski pass for 2 and only pay for one ski pass. You receive the second ski pass for free. This offer is also valid for 4-night stays with a 3-day ski pass.

Transportation rules for children Small children with a height below 1,10 m must sit on the lap of a suitable person when being transported on a lift. With a height from 1,10 m to 1,25 m, children must be accompanied by an adult on the lift. People over 1,25 m can use the facilities without an accompanying person.

Fresh Snow, Fresh Snow, Fresh Snow Please understand that the quality of the slopes can suffer on days after heavy snowfall despite preparation. This is due to the fact that this popular fresh snow does not solidify with the underlying compacted covering of snow on the slopes, causing piles of snow to form.

FAMILY BONUS Children aged between 6 and 15 years (2005 to 2014) receive the reduced children’s price (approx. 50 % reduction of the adult rate). Free ski pass for the third child (youngest) of a family. Conditions: ski pass purchase for at least one adult and the first two children (2005-2014) or teenagers (2002-2004).
The Easter Bunny brings free ski passes to all children (born 2005 and later) that spend at least 7 nights (proof required) with their parents in Grossarltal. Find details on the back. Season ticket holders and those making use of the Ski amadé Sixty Plus offer are excluded.
Official photo ID for the whole family and proof of a joint household is required.
ENQUIRIES & INFORMATION
Toddlers (born 2015 or later) ski free of charge in the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area when accompanied by their parents. Please be aware of the Ski amadé Minicard requirements when moving to another ski area. You’ll receive the complimentary Minicard for the Großarltal-Dorfgastein ski area at the cashier’s office.
