Description This product aims to evaluate the development of a tourism complex in a certain destination by making adequate technical-scientific analysis, such as the definition of a business model, an economic and financial viability study and the most appropriate operational model.

Scope Depending on the stage of development of the tourism complex, our intervention depends on its situation: Opening phase: Concept definition; assessment of the location; institutional graphic image; institutional corporate identity creation and development (logo, brochure, tourism signage, photography and website); market research; benchmarking; economic and financial viability study (with multi-year projections); pre-inspection for evaluation and compliance with legal and quality requirements; administrative and legal procedures development; organization’s forecasts; organizational projection; operational processes and financing operations (when necessary). Development: Development of an operating model for the different areas of the tourism complex (attendance, sales, logistics, room service and F&B); development/evaluation of the procedures manual per service; elaboration of an Welcome Guide; development of techniques in order to improve service and customer satisfaction; marketing and business plan. Monitoring: Guest satisfaction survey analysis; positioning analysis; international trends and projections study; current diagnosis and future forecasts; assessment of all rooms’ flows (in order to maximize those flows); mystery customer program; attendance (development of techniques in order to improve service and maximize profit); promotion and sales plan.
