comfort & resort . comfort & resort What could be better than the comfort of brand new living units with facilities included to create an atmosphere of well-being? In our Villages, the different types of holiday home available are many and varied. In the BI Village, already many guests have tried out to their great satisfaction the new trend of “glamping” – a new expression that has been coined to combine the idea of ‘glamorous’ with ‘camping’ - huge tents with all accessories, from cooking rings and table, shower and hot tub and comfortable beds with mosquito netting. In the San Francesco Village an excellent alternative can be tried with the Sky Room Comfort, real and proper hotel rooms. Ideally situated centrally, equipped with two or three beds, terrace, air conditioning included, LCD television, mini-fridge, daily cleaning and breakfast included. In both Villages there is a free wi-fi facility for two hours a day with access to social networks and lots of swimming-pools with Jacuzzi, slides and games in the water for the little ones. Come esprimere al meglio il benessere se non con il comfort di unità abitative nuove e servizi dedicati? Nei nostri Villaggi, le tipologie di casa vacanza sono infinite. Al Bi Village già molti ospiti hanno provato con soddisfazione il “glamping” neologismo che coniuga “glam” e “camping”. Delle grandi tende accessoriate provviste di cucina con fornelli e tavola, bagno con doccia idromassaggio e comodi letti con zanzariera. Al San Francesco, un’ottima alternativa sono le Sky Room Comfort, delle vere e proprie camere d’albergo. Centrali, dotate di due o tre letti, terrazzino, aria condizionata inclusa, tv lcd, minifrigo, pulizia giornaliera e colazione compresa. In entrambi i Villaggi, wi-fi gratis per due ore al giorno accedendo con i social network e tante piscine con idromassaggio, scivoli e giochi d’acqua per i piccoli. Was könnte für mehr Wohlbefinden sorgen als der Komfort der neuen Wohneinheiten mit entsprechendem Serviceangebot? In unseren Ferienanlagen ist das Angebot an Ferienhäusern sehr umfangreich. In der Anlage Bi Village haben bereits viele Gäste “Glamping” ausprobiert, eine Kombination aus Luxus und Camping, und waren hellauf begeistert. Die großen Glamping-Zelte sind mit Küche, Kochgelegenheit und Tisch, Bad mit Massagedusche sowie komfortablen Betten mit Moskitonetz ausgestattet. In der Anlage San Francesco bieten die Sky Room Comfort mit allen Annehmlichleiten eines Hotelzimmers eine ausgezeichnete Alternative. Sie sind zentral gelegen, mit zwei oder drei Betten ausgestattet und haben eine kleine Terrasse. Inklusiv Klimaanlage, LCD-Fernseher, Minibar, täglicher Reinigung und Frühstück. In beiden Ferienanlagen ist der Wifi-Internetzugang zu den sozialen Netzwerken für zwei Stunden am Tag kostenlos. Es gibt Schwimmbäder mit Whirlpool, Rutschbahnen und Wasserspiele für die Kids.

The Biasuzzi Villages are committed to continually developing and improving in order to guarantee maximum comfort to the families who stay here. There are many facilities available, from shops to restaurants, swimming pools and poly-functional sports fields, all of which allow visitors to find everything they need right here. Our philosophy is to satisfy everyone’s needs. That is why over the years we have grown and developed the range of facilities available, for example, the beach, the living units that are accessible for disabled people, the special beach area for dogs and the animation provided for both adults and children, with the possibility for parents to enjoy themselves by the sea leaving their children at the Mini Club even for the whole day. There are many other extras that go to make a holiday here unforgettable: massages on the beach, lots of water sports, wonderful parties organized for the 15th August Bank Holiday, full of games and fun, sport at 360° and much more.

HOLIDAYING WITH THE FAMILY WITH KIDPASS The Villages have been created with children in mind – with Kidpass, the famous portal for holidaying structures dedicated to families. The question is how to guarantee maximum relax for parents and maximum fun for the children in complete safety. The animation teams look after children from the age of 3 to 17. Lots of fun, sport, music, theatre and workshops. Or, alternatively, guests can relax with their children in the three swimming pools and inflatable structures in the crystal clear sea of Bi Village, or in one of the five swimming pools or the aquatic park of the San Francesco Village. For the little ones: mini golf, an ‘in-site’ train, inflatable structure, games room, aquatic sports, theatrical performances, baby dancing and much more. In addition, in all the restaurants there are health menus, as well as specific menus for those with food allergies and for coeliacs.

1. ART 3 STOP BOOKING Should the T.O. or final client fail to communicate the non-arrival of the customer within 24 hours from the arrival date, the Village as well as enforcing a penalty shall go back to running the booked units at its own discretion, and the T.O shall have no right to claim.

ART. 3 STOP BOOKING Nulla ricevendo né dall’agenzia né dal clienti finale, a chiarimento del mancato arrivo dell’ospite, entro le 24 ore successive alla data di inizio soggiorno, il Villaggio oltre all’imputazione della relativa penalità, tornerà a gestire l’unità precedentemente prenotata a propria discrezione, e il T.O nulla avrà a pretendere.

ART. 3 STOP BOOKING Sollte zur nicht erfolgten Anreise des Gastes vom Reisebüro oder vom Endkunden innerhalb von 24 Stunden ab Aufenthaltsbeginn keine Mitteilung vorliegen, berechnet die Ferienanlage die Vertragsstrafe und verfügt nach freiem Ermessen wieder über die Wohneinheit. Der Reiseveranstalter kann keine Ansprüche geltend machen.

ART. 4 GESTIONE DELLE PRENOTAZIONI Per tutte le prenotazioni pervenute da 2 a 7 giorni prima dell’arrivo del cliente, la conferma deve essere di volta in volta comunicata dall’ufficio booking c/o agency@bibooking. com. Per eventuali prenotazioni comunicate dal T.O da 0 a 2 giorni prima della data di arrivo del cliente, i recapiti dedicati alle prenotazioni sono: service@villaggiosfrancesco.com + 39 0421 298316.

ART. 4 VERWALTUNG DER BUCHUNGEN Bei allen Buchungen, die 2 bis 7 Tage vor Anreise des Gastes erfolgen, muss die Bestätigung jeweils dem Reservierungsbüro unter agency@bibooking.com mitgeteilt werden. Für Buchungen, die über den Reiseveranstalter 0 bis 2 Tage vor Anreise des Gastes erfolgen, gelten folgende Kontaktdaten: service@villaggiosfrancesco.com + 39 0421 298316.
3. ART 6 PRICES “The prices do not include” The price does not include an obligatory fee of € 1,00/person/night for persons of 13-65 years old, concerning the animation/sport and fun activities. An exemption from this contribution is allowed for people with regularly certified disabilities. With this article we mean that the TO will have to recover these mandatory contribution by the client, which will then be invoiced together with the invoice summary and is already inclusive of VAT, is at the discretion of the TO how to handle the same contribution in their price list. 4. CLIMA CARD The climate card for the functioning of the air conditioning in housing units is not more than 20 hours at a price of € 20.00 rather than 30 hours at the same price, plus € 5.00 deposit which will be made upon return of the card.

ART. 6 PREZZI "I prezzi non comprendono" È inoltre escluso un contributo obbligatorio di € 1,00 a persona a notte dai 13 anni ai 65 anni compiuti, per il servizio di animazione/sport ed intrattenimento. Sono esenti dal contributo obbligatorio persone portatrici di handicap a fronte di presentazione di regolare certificazione. Con questo articolo si intende che sarà il T.O a dover incassare questo contributo obbligatorio dal cliente, che verrà poi fatturato unitamente alla fattura di riepilogo ed è già inclusivo di I.V.A., è a discrezione del T.O come gestire il medesimo contributo nel proprio listino prezzi.
3. ART. 6 PREISE "Nicht im Preis enthalten" Ebenfalls nicht im Preis enthalten ist der Pflichtbetrag in Höhe von 1,00 € pro Person pro Nacht ab 13 Jahren bis zum vollendeten 65. Lebensjahr für Animation, Sport und Unterhaltung. Behinderte Personen sind bei Vorlage eines entsprechenden Ausweises vom Pflichtbetrag befreit. Dieser Artikel besagt, dass der Reiseveranstalter diesen Pflichtbetrag, der später in der Abschlussrechnung berechnet wird, vom Kunden verlangen muss. In diesem Betrag ist die MwSt. bereits enthalten. Der Reiseveranstalter kann diesen Betrag nach Belieben in seiner Preisliste ausweisen.
4. CLIMA CARD La clima card per il funzionamento dell'aria condizionata nelle unità abitative non è più di 20 ore al prezzo di € 20,00 bensì di 30 ore allo stesso prezzo, più € 5,00 di cauzione che verrà resa al momento della restituzione della card.
