Welcome from the Senior Pastor As we approach the holiday of Thanksgiving, I am reminded of how good and faithful God has been to us. I thank God for you, your family, this church and this city. My desire for us in this season is to be a people who understand that God invites us to come to His table with thanksgiving in our hearts to receive from Him the bread of heaven, His word which sustains us, strengthens us and directs our paths. Let us be thankful in all things, at all times knowing that God is our provision, our protection and our peace. May your time here today create a thankful heart toward a faithful God.

Get The Whole Family Connected! It’s easy to get the entire family connected and growing with God here at GSCC! While fun and life-changing Children’s and Youth Ministry (Newborn through 12th Grade) takes place here at GSCC, numerous Connect Groups meet throughout our city. Instead of one large Wednesday night Connect Group here at the church, we encourage you to drop off your children at GSCC and find a Connect Group that’s a fit for YOU to deepen relationships and receive encouragement! Doors open at 6:15 pm for Children’s Ministry drop off, and pick time is promptly at 8:00 pm. Let’s go ALL IN & Connect this Fall at GSCC! Echoes of Hope Women’s Christmas Party

Ladies, save the date and get your ticket today for the upcoming Echoes of Hope Women’s Christmas Party on Sunday, December 7 from 6 pm to 8 pm. Come and enjoy delicious food as well as a word from Pastor Sandra Hinojosa. Tickets are available for purchase in the lobby and online. Ticket cost is $12 if purchased in advance and $15 if purchased after November 23. To decorate a table or bring a dessert, please sign up in the lobby or online.
Beginning Next Week! Operation Blessing: Christmas Outreach Partner with us this Christmas season as we bless children from Benavides Elementary with clothing items and toys through Operation Blessing: Christmas Outreach. Beginning next Sunday, November 23, visit our table in the lobby to choose a child’s name to purchase gifts for. A list of the student’s shirt, pant and shoe size as well as their toy choice will be provided when you sign up. All gifts must be turned in by December 14.
One Year Bibles Available for Purchase One Year Bibles in both Spanish and English are available for purchase for $15 at the Information Desk in the lobby.

HERO Kids Connect All kids in 1st-6th grade, join us for HERO Kids Connect on Wednesday evenings in Room 100 from 6:30 pm to 8 pm. While the parents are at Connect Groups, all kids are invited to sing, act, dance, build, learn about Jesus, pray, praise God and have TONS of FUN in preparation for our Kids Christmas Musical!
HERO Kids Christmas Musical Practice Attention HERO Kids Parents! Beginning today, Sunday the 26th, there will be rehearsal for all that are involved with the HERO Kids Christmas Musical each Sunday from 5 pm – 6:30 pm in the Activity Center. Please make every effort to attend this very important practice.
The Core Kickball

Students, 7th grade – 12th grade, join us Saturday, December 6 from 12 pm – 3pm at Oliveira Park for a day of kickball! Lunch and snacks will be provided. There is no cost for this event. Transportation to and from the park will not be provided.
Party Time! Mark Your Calendars! The Core Student Ministry will have its annual Christmas Party, Wednesday, December 17 from 6 pm – 8 pm at the GSCC Activity Center. More details to come.
