Grand Teton Music Festival
For 55 years, the Grand Teton Music Festival (GTMF) has united musicians from the nation’s top ensembles for seven weeks of orchestra and chamber music concerts throughout Jackson Hole. Internationally acclaimed Music Director Donald Runnicles leads this great festival, with the world’s most talented guest soloists and conductors joining the orchestra weekly. Eclectic offerings of jazz, contemporary, and popular music—as well as free community and family events—round out the summer schedule. Throughout the remainder of the year, GTMF conducts various educational outreach programs in local schools and presents a week of Winter Music in March as well as monthly broadcasts from The Metropolitan Opera's Live in HD series. Through its year-round schedule of diverse programming and passion for classical music, GTMF creates exhilarating and memorable musical experiences.
