SALON C SATTVA RESTORATIVE PRACTICE Ashley Bellwood Settle in to your own personal bliss through a SATTVA-style restorative practice.

This style of yoga was developed in Edmonton, AB, blending elements of traditional Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. In this practice, we will focus upon integrating the action of the body using the breath, and a carefully selected sequence of seated, restorative postures.

There will also be pranayama (breathing techniques) and a short meditation following the physical practice.

All ages and levels welcome.

You may even learn how to make a new recipes or two that you never thought of trying.
