If you are unable to attend, we can include your leaflets in the information packs and send you details of the brides who register and are happy to have their details passed on to a 3rd party.

We will deduct the deposit now and the balance one month before the fair.
What to do next 1. Once you have completed this form, return by post or email. 2. To confirm your booking, pay a deposit of £50+VAT per stand, or full payment for the leaflet option. 3. The full balance for exhibiting is due one month before the fair – the balance will be taken from the card used to pay your deposit. 4. Final details will be confirmed by email a week before each fair. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Any cancellations must be made in writing at least four weeks before the date of the fair, or payment in full will be required. Leaflets must be received 10 days before the date of the fair booked. If leaflets are late or not received, mailing lists will be sent but refunds will not be given.
