If you haven’t already made an appointment to meet with a member of our events team, then please do as soon as possible for us to show you around and discuss your plans in more detail. Once you have visited and hopefully you decide to hold your conference here with us, we are able to hold a provisional date for 5 days. A non-refundable deposit of £250.00 is payable. Final numbers will be due 14 days before the event with the remaining balance payable at this time. All deposits paid are non-refundable.
