Introducing the Programme Cloud9 and HR Elite have partnered to deliver a unique leadership programme which combines leadership training with one- to-one coaching to provide an aligned approach to advanced personal development. On completion of our Master Steps to Leadership programme, your aspiring leaders will return to your business fully equipped with tools to implement effective operational and performance strategies that support employee productivity and company growth. Your leader(s) will join other leadership peers on our 12 group workshops where all participants will learn key skills in crucial areas of leadership management by tackling real life, formidable business challenges and embracing the wider responsibility of leadership.


How it works During the 12 months your leader(s) will benefit from not only the 12 specialised workshops but objective thought process delivered from the group’s other talented individuals. We also include quarterly one to one coaching sessions where your leader(s) are encouraged to share their real life challenges and find solutions to improve their team’s results and culture. We promise a joined up approach. An initial review meeting will ensure we understand the goals of you and your leader(s) and that we can work towards meeting all expectations. Our primary aim is to transform your managers into true leaders. To demonstrate their growth we invite you to join us in the final leg of their self-development journey where all leader(s) will provide a short presentation offering either a new initiative for your business or a solution to a real business challenge. The programme offers your leader(s) a full team of support including you, a coach, a trainer, and their peer group.
