Do you have HEEL pain or ARCH pain?

HEEL SPUR SYNDROME/PLANTAR FASCIITIS is a common problem among people who are active. It starts as a dull intermittent pain in the heel and progresses to a sharp persistent pain. Classically, it is worse in the morning with the rst few steps, after sitting, after standing or after walking.

• Plantar fasciitis often begins with irritation and tearing of the brous band of tissue on the bottom of the foot, which may eventually result in the formation of a heel spur.

• Contributing factors: Flat pronated feet, high arched feet, poor shoe support, increase age, sudden weight increase, increased activity level, family tendency.

• 95% of our patients’ symptoms are resolved with conservative treatment, avoiding surgical intervention.

• We also o er surgical procedures with the best post op success rates using Endoscopic Plantar Fasciotomy techniques (minimal incisions and scarring; often back in a shoe in 1 week).

What May Be Behind A Loss Of Smell

Allergies or a cold. A cold or allergies are two conditions that irritate the delicate lining inside of the nose, interrupting olfactory receptors. In addition, swelling of the nasal membranes likely also plays a role in loss of smell, which is common with respiratory illnesses and allergic rhinitis and chronic sinus infections, according to Healthline.

Indirect Dental Fillings

Indirect fillings are used to repair teeth that don’t have enough structure to support a traditional filling but aren’t damaged enough to require a crown. Unlike traditional fillings, indirect fillings are created in a dental laboratory and require two visits to install. During the first visit, the decay or old filling is removed and an impression is taken of the tooth being repaired. A temporary filling is placed to protect the tooth in the meantime. At the second visit, the temporary filling is removed and the indirect filling is permanently affixed. There are two types of indirect fillings: inlays are used to restore the chewing surface, whileonlaysrestoreadditional surfaces and are sometimes called partialcrowns.
