GROUNDWORK CASE STUDY PROJECT OBJECTIVES  To work with hard to reach groups of young people on disadvantaged estates in Chorlton Park, West Gorton and Miles Platting.  Delivering positive activities, whilst offering intensive individual and group wraparound support  Divert and support young people away from anti social behaviour, particularly and youth nuisance and rowdy and inconsiderate behaviour

 Provide one to one and group support to increase school attendance and raise attainment aspirations  To increase intergenerational and community cohesion on the estates through co-ordinationg local youth provision and delivering youth led social action projects OUR ROLE  Detached and outreach work to engage  Support individuals and groups through bespoke interventions  Establish new youth groups and co-ordinate and integrate local youth provision  Build relationships with specialist providers  Support young people to develop and undertake social action action projects PARTNERS
