GROW COOK EAT Salford PROJECT ACHIEVEMENTS  Participants felt their sense of community had increased, social isolation reduced and health and well-being improved

 Development of an informal network of community growing groups across Salford, supported by high impact promotional activities such as a video and production of a local cookery book  Inspired by the success a further 2 Grow Cook Eat courses were delivered

GROUNDWORK CASE STUDY OUR ROLE  Running a marketing and promotion campaign to raise awareness of the project  Delivering community training including fundraising, involving others, budgeting, action planning “ Grow Your Own” training and cookery courses
