The project is located in Barashi A residential area on the eastern side of Sharjah. Barashi is well connected with Ajman and Dubai. It is a 5minute drive away from Sharjah International Airpor t, 10 minutes away from Al Khawaneej in Dubai and at a distance of 20 minutes from the emirate of Ajman. The project consists of designing a residential zone, as a result ,An urban Masterplan ,composed of different housing units and public spaces ,was proposed .

The target of the project is to create an accommodation It's a parametric generation of a basic cube-like typology and an analysistemplate including variant of the spider-graph display. The parametric typology can react to different plot subdivisions and thus adjust to context changes

After having undergone several forms of authority ,in the Medina as in the Colonial city of Tunis, The Tunisian citizen has changed his status after the revolution he adopts a new way of life and a new urban practices . that’s why a new revitalization strategy is necessary to have a better city and to develop a new plan meeting the needs of the Tunisian community As a result , our project aims to create a new city adopted to local need
The project is an attempt to reflect on the (urban, “Urbatecture” and architectural) experiences of the Tunisian citizen ,by taking into consideration his needs.
AS a result, our project is composed of 3 subprojects :
*Urban project Creating a city that has both a strong sense of community and a comfortable image and making the under-performing spaces into vital “places
*” Urbatecture ” project: Creating a new landmark for the city of Tunis an event project and a cultural one , developed on 3 blocks
*Architecture Project: Reflecting on the possibility of senses (develop one of the 3 blocks)
The Project is composed of two parts :The first part aims to restitute the graphic elements of Raymond Lopez's CAF project from the elements available in the archives of Paris( Work on details) The second part consists in designing an office building and shops
The Lopez Tower, designed in 1953 by Raymond Lopez is an emblematic heritage building of the 20th century. Remarkable for its constructive technique, this building has innovated in steel structure construction
The renovation of this building, historically known for having grouped the “Caisses d'Allocations Familiales”, required an exceptional creative approach
It is in this sense that the architectural intervention established by Arte Charpentier has retained the existing key elements such as the metal structure and the spatial organization of the building while adapting it to the current conditions of the regulation and the use Our role was the restitution of graphic elements of Raymond Lo pez's CAF project from the elements available in the archives of Paris.
The design of a business district in Saint Denis Pleyel Paris. My role was to design an office building and shops in this neighborhood ” build the whole from a single element” :the project idea was to choose only one component (office) and to create the entire project

2020 was an exceptional year, full of events, but the Covid-19 remain the most significant event not only in this year but also in the history of humanity Our Digital memorial is a connected luminous urban installation, that will be installed in a symbolic place, one of the public spaces in Wuhan: the city where the virus emerged for the first time. It aims not only to commemorate those who left us due to the covid 19 but also it is about a luminous signature that gives us hope, joy and LIFE
The concept:
During 2020, personally I gave a lot of importance related to COVID-19 especially the Covid-19 Curve which reflects the number of deaths .Our Memorial tries to transform this 2D Curve into a 3D curve in the memory of those who left us it is therefore composed of several rods (the number of rods will be undetermined since the epidemic has not yet ended)
The photo of each family member or a friend who passed away is engraved in a digital Platform (memorial website).People, in situ ,and even all over the world can interact with these stories . An interaction that results on the ground by a light signal that travels the tuned rods
The project is modular according to its function, it can receive several activities according to the needs (religious cultural activities
