welcome to hamilton park
Welcome to our 2012 programme at Hamilton Park Racecourse. We’ve had a very exciting winter preparing for this season agreeing some great partners to work with us this year to put on an even better spectacle for you, both on and off the track. We are all so delighted to be welcoming home Saints & Sinners on Thursday 28 June. I, for one, can’t wait for the evening; time to decide if I’m a saint or a sinner! You will see some firm favourites return again such as the William Hill Braveheart Night and Ladbrokes Lanark Silver Bell Night, which were both such amazing evenings in 2011 with fantastic racing and great crowds to enjoy it. We also have some new treats in store for you on Caribbean Night and a day to specifically enjoy our new Afternoon Teas. On the track we have an enriched prize pot to attract the best horses and have designed a quality race programme full of variety which we hope you enjoy.
Vivien Kyles
We are so looking forward to the opening of the season; I hope you will be among those joining us.

history in the making
saints & sinners at hamilton park
Are you a Saint or Sinner? Saints & Sinners racenights began at Hamilton Park back in 1965 and soon became a fixture not to be missed by thousands of racegoers. A night synonymous with glitz and glamour, on and off the track, continued annually until 2008 when it took a short vacation down the A77 at Ayr. This summer we proudly welcome back Saints & Sinners to its spiritual home at Hamilton Park on Thursday 28 June where it is set to once again be a highlight in the Scottish Racing calendar. The famous Super Six fixture, which attracts celebrity support and attendance from all walks of Scottish life, regularly raises a significant sum which goes towards around 100 causes supported by the charity. Among its beneficiaries in the past have been the St. Andrew’s Hospice, the Dementia Services Development Trust and Maggie’s Cancer Caring Centres. The event will feature live music after racing and some fantastic entertainment including the Best Dressed Couple competition, making this an occasion not to be missed – just remember to wear white if you’re a Saint and red if you’re a Sinner or just leave it to the imagination……but glamour is certainly the theme for this night! We have a great night planned for you all and so to be part of this momentous home-coming party, book your tickets now!
A range of dining, advertising and sponsorship packages are available for the evening so call Kirsty now on 01698 206474 for further details and to make your booking. 7
