BESPOKE OPTIONS If you are looking to hold an exclusive Christmas party for your company then Hamilton Park Racecourse has the perfect package to get the party started. Private function suites are available Monday-Sunday and can accommodate up to 300 guests. Our suites can be used together to accommodate parties for up to 500 guests. Party packages available from only £25.00 per person or bespoke packages can be tailored to requirements. Selected dates available – please contact the Christmas co-ordinator for details. A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £10 per person is required to confirm the booking. This deposit is due within 14 days of making a provisional booking. By paying a deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions which will be issued to you prior to confirming a booking. Final balances are due by 31st October 2018. Once paid these are non-refundable/non-transferable. If you wish to cancel your event after paying the deposit, you must give 4 weeks’ notice prior to the event date otherwise you will be liable to pay the full amount. Your deposit will not be refunded. Menu pre-order is required by 31st October 2018. Prices per person are inclusive of VAT.
