or the 12th year in a row, Hammer has been named a Top Workplace by the Star Tribune. In 2021, Hammer had a participation rate of 62% from our total employee population, which is an increase of more than 16% over the prior years. To be eligible as a top workplace, employees were sent a confidential survey to tally the overall satisfaction rate in working for Hammer Residences. How was employee engagement measured? •
