1/2 cup runny honey
5 boneless chicken breasts
2 large garlic cloves
1 thumb-size ginger, grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/2 cup water
sliced green onion/spring
onion oil for frying
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Fry the chicken until golden brown (around 7 to 10 minutes).
Add the garlic and ginger and sauté. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, vinegar and half a cup of water.
Bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
Make sure to coat the chicken with the sauce.
