Create enjoyable space for students and young adults
Catering to the existing community: 81% of population are students or young adults
Revitalizing the idea of the library
Creating a building shape that draws from surrounding nature (lake)
Capitalizing the lake and its views Bringing Mill Ave to the boardwalk
Angle the building in a way that highlights the views and provides multiple access points.
Incorporate student and city life (i.e. Second Sundays)
