The Scottsdale site is located between Pinnacle Peak and Troon Mountain which offer beautiful views to East and West. This site is situated in a very high income, older demographic, and as such, there are very few amenities offered within a five mile radius. Our goal is to provide a community for working class families in this area that is also equipped with a variety of amenities.
