In this publication, Vacheron Constantin, the oldest manufacturer of fine watches, presents the Métiers d’Art “Alexander the Great” an original watch, an exclusively designed work of art. It is not a model from a brand’s main collection that has been adapted to the Greek market. The limited edition consists of twenty watches, each dedicated to one of twenty cities, which were of great historical importance and were strongly connected to the life and accomplishments of Alexander the Great. Eighteen of those cities were founded by the Macedonian king himself and bear his name: Alexandria.
