The New Way

Introduction Well, where do I begin? The idea that we have had past lives somehow seems a good place to start this ‘journey’, I don’t know why it just does! I have asked the people who are guiding me, “Where do I start, what topic or idea do I use as an opening for a book? For a book which will explain absolutely everything you Angels and Energy People are dying to tell me? Seriously, you are all doing my head in! Angels, I feel you buzzing around me and nagging at me like moaning children, so here it is – Our Book. So, where do I start?”…and the reply from them was, “Past Life Therapy,” but I didn’t understand how that could be the starting point for my new book. I watched television, wondering, “How do I start my new book?”. I have worked for several years now as a Healer, Psychic and also a Past Life Therapist, amongst other things, including a Nursery nurse. Before I was a Past Life Therapist, I was always intrigued by the concept that there was a little more to each of us than meets the eye. People with a genius streak, for example, I thought, “ They must have simply acquired the skill somewhere else, for how can a person just appear on the Earth at birth with bags of talent, and no hard work been done to develop it?”. It does not make sense. Also, there are people who are tortured by feelings of despair, and no matter what they do to heal themselves, they simply cannot shake the feelings of doom and gloom. Perhaps in their very own Spirit are these feelings of despair and doom and gloom, and these were acquired in another life? Sometimes, yes, this is the case. We take the good and the bad from each life to life, like baggage; we cart it from incarnation to incarnation. No wonder we all feel so knackered. It’s a huge price most of us pay to live on this Earth. It’s disgusting, the turbulent crap we all go through, and I don’t think that it’s normal, not for one second. It’s disgusting, abysmal; I think it’s an evil life. There, I said it, life on Earth is evil, sad and dangerous. It is not warm, happy and nourishing for the soul, don’t be ludicrous. It’s an evil state of affairs on this planet, it’s like there’s no goodness in the world sometimes.

The New Way I don’t like it. There, I said it. I can’t be bothered with all of these mixed up shenanigans – like slaving away in a job you don’t like, and then in another job, then another, to pay bills on a house you don’t like that much. Did you work at education as well, I did, at college twice and had a job at the same time, didn’t benefit me much, I ended up in a minimum wage job with my qualifications. And, I set up my own business and obtained rows of letters after my name as well – chasing the dream!!!! Didn’t do me any good. The dream went bad. The dream went very bad. What do you do when the dreams inside your head and heart are not being fulfilled upon the Earth in your life? Logic screams at me from a position of higher wisdom, “You need to get a new dream!!” The day to day life for most of us is abysmal, stressing, annoying and unhealthy – how do I know it’s unhealthy – because life’s left me with scars and as I get older I don’t get happier I get more fearful of the future, because what I did in the past for myself, all that hard work and hope, it didn’t pay off at all. So what do I do now?

I am really, really watching every single thing that I do, think and feel and say, and I am watching for when I myself am actually doing something that I don’t like. I am watching what I spend my energy on, because I am a great believer in the old idea that you become that which you give your heart to, your attention to, your stamp of importance to…

The New Way

Stamp Of Importance I watch myself and the things I say, do, think and feel. I observe those feelings which make me feel bad. I observe those actions which make me feel bad. I observe those thoughts which make me feel bad. I observe those words which make me feel bad. I don’t get upset and judge them, I watch the sheer mechanics of them, and I find it all mind boggling. We’re all entitled to an off day though! All of my reactions, I observe all day long. And I watch my good reactions and I watch my bad reactions. And it truly is frightening; to see the crap thoughts that I think. And it truly is frightening; to witness the crap things that I feel. And it truly is horrible to see the crap things that I do. And it really is messy to see the crap things that I say. But do you know what’s the worst thing of all??? It really is truly frightening, horrible and messy to witness the things that I see out there in the outside world. If out there was sane and cosy, Then inside me would be sane and cosy, surely? A cold horrible fact to splutter to you on this cold December winter’s day – Goodness comes from within. We can change the world from the inside out. It has to start with each and every one of us, observing our thoughts, feelings, words and actions, and realizing when we are simply wasting our time on crap that doesn’t matter a jot. What are we all doing? We are wasting our lives, frittering them away and dreaming of nonsense we are never going to get, aren’t we? But somebody told me that dreams can © Ellen Hare/The New Way

The New Way come from Heaven, as in divine inspiration. Sometimes I like to stick two fingers up at the world and say,”f*** you and your limitations! I am better than this, and my dreams will come true as I am truly being guided by Heaven and Angels!” Sometimes you do have to be a bit of a d*** and just simply go after what you want. I really do believe some people are really flared up with passion from the Other Side for something, and over and over again, this passion wounds them and burns them, yet it won’t do the decent thing and leave them. We all have dreams, an imprint on us from the Other Side, like a shabby old blanket which stinks and doesn’t seem to do us very well, but it simply won’t go away. I remember when I went to Practical Philosophy classes when I was nineteen, I read that, “Whatever a man comes back to time and time again, that’s his true destiny.” So watch all of your thoughts, words, feelings and actions – but please do not suppress these very things which allow our Spirit to feed us life. What do you come back to, time and time again????? What do you have to do in your soul???? What do you hunger and ache for????? What is your Being crying out for????? What do you love to do???? What can you not live without????? What do you need to STOP doing????? What do you need to begin????? What do you need to get rid of?????? Don’t give up!!!!! Don’t ever give up!!!!! Don’t give up!!!!!! The Angels are with you, always….

The New Way

The Angel Light If you have something in you nagging at you, it’s probably coming from the Angels. There, I said it. Angels nag, nag, nag. On at you all of the time. Angel’s Energy feels very, massively different than a Human’s Energy. They can be quite annoying, as sometimes, they won’t leave you alone, and you don’t know what to do, so you might get annoyed and shout or swear at them for example!!! I always say to them, things like, you don’t have to go to work, pay bills, get ill, be scared and lonely, be without love, bullied etc…I always say to them, “You simply don’t have the amount of problems that Humans have!!!” And do you know what they do, they smile back at me!!! The Angels do wind me up at times. I, as a Human, find it a hell of a lot easier to actually communicate with Beings who have lived upon the Earth as a Human Being. I am really sorry to say it, and one day I might change my mind, but I really do find it much easier and clearer to connect with and communicate with Spirit Humans rather than Angels. However, I do still connect with Angels, as they never leave me alone, they’re even with me at work – sending me energy and protecting me from negative energy. Sometimes this works and sometimes it doesn’t. It does depend on me, I must admit. I couldn’t live without the Light that Angels surround me with. It is a pick me up. ‘The Angel Light’ I call it, and it is so positive, simply brimming with hope for a new dawn day. It acts as an armour for me. I couldn’t actually live without the ’Angel Light’. I don’t use it loads every day, just loads some days, and several minutes other days. It’s taken me quite a few years to be able to feel Angels and Light. It’s taken me a while and to be honest, I am still getting used to it. Angel Light is like a positive, illuminated and wise Being hovering over you. Sometimes it’s just one, but to be honest, most of the time, they come in a group.

The New Way Once the Angels have you, they won’t let you go. Sometimes this can be draining, especially if you don’t realize exactly what it is that they want. It can be frustrating. I try not to have long communications with Angels any more as I can find it quite draining as they are joyful like children and don’t really have much time to discuss my Earthly problems. They live in a Land Of Light, after all, where Earthly problems cease to exist. You are better off connecting with and communicating with a more humanised Essence, someone who has been a human, if you need help with Earthly problems, in a verbal conversation. However, Angels can communicate directly with your Energy and telepathically inspire you with knowledge about all sorts of things and help regarding all areas of your life. Think ‘Angel Light’ and ask them a question then allow the Angel Light to enter into your own Energy Field. Answers might flow telepathically at the time, or later on, when the Angels have finished. I love working with Angel Light. Angels will send you what they need to send you when they heal you with Angel Light. Their Light will go into your Aura and become known to you via your very own thoughts and feelings – Angels have the ability to pour thoughts into us without us knowing. Observe the thoughts which cross your very own mind and try and distinguish which thoughts come from you, and which ones feel as though they have originated outside of yourself – try it!!! Thoughts which rise in your mind which are unprovoked by any visible external matter or by your own internal reservoir of emotion and thoughts might be indeed put there by the voice of an Angel. They give all of us thoughts and feelings (inspiration) all of the time. Angels inspire all humans, not simply psychic or spiritual humans. You can ask the Angels to heal you with their Angel Light • • • • • •

Before you go to sleep, ask the Angels to heal you while you sleep. Before you go to work, and whilst getting ready for work! On your break at work/college Whilst you watch T.V On the bus During exercise

In social situations In hospital If you’re a healer, you can pass on Angel Light When outside in nature, you can also ask the forces or Spirits of nature to heal you In fact, you can ask for the Angels to give healing, anywhere, any place, any time, for as many people as you like, including the whole world, and entire universe. You can heal with Angel Light.

The New Way

The Soul Of The Sun The light which emanates from the physical Sun benefits us all on Earth making us feel very warm and happy. The truth is, the Sun has an Energy Field which graces us with it’s presence everywhere as well. The thoughts of the Sun are bestowed upon me as a transparent blanket, with a clear quartz crystal in each corner, thrown from nowhere, landing on me, and melting into me as it disappears and integrates into my Energy, the four quartz crystals stab the Earth, grounding the Sun’s thoughts for me. They used to worship the Sun God thousands of years ago, well I don’t think it was the physical sun. Do you think they would build Stonehenge to worship a physical Sun, one that will perish with the rest of the physical creation? I think the Druids, the Wiccans, the Aztecs, the Ancient Egyptians, the Red Indians, the Celts and the Mayans all worshipped a Sun God who was in fact the Soul of the Sun. The Sun’s Energy exists in every cell of creation, even in the air we breathe. I can physically see Energy/Light everywhere, it floods the sky and covers all things, it is luminous and moves – I believe that this is the Light of the Sun – I see this white light everywhere. The Light comes from the Sun and shines down on all things, bestowing life upon that which it shines. The Sun is the Earth’s Life Giver. The Soul of the Sun shines down on us Light, which gives us Life, and without this we would die. The White Light that lives everywhere comes directly from the Soul of the Sun. So, take it in, breathe it in, listen to it, feel it. There is a person that lives in this Light – a real person. Connect with them – the Mind of the Light, the Personality of the Light – the actual Soul of the Sun. Oh yes, and I think that we each have the Soul of the Sun living inside us, and this is giving us life – in the chest area – so take it in, take it in, take it in. Bring back the ancient days of Earth, When we humans would send our hearts out to the Sun, The Earth, Moon and the planets, And to the black and starry universe, To the wind, the sky, the sea, To the soil, the trees. © Ellen Hare/The New Way

The Solar System The planets are there for a reason, aren’t they, well what’s that!? People, ancient people used to look to the so-called ‘stars’ for guidance using tools such as Astrology which involves the planets of our solar system being in certain positions in the universe – because all of the planets must have an intelligent force moving them, or they wouldn’t know what to do! The planets are alive, and affect us every day. The Romans and Greeks used to call them ‘Gods’ and asked the rulers of each planet to help them daily – Venus the Goddess of Love, Mars the God of War for example. The planets can be still prayed to, just like those clever people used to do thousands of years ago, when they used to worship the Sun as the centre of everything as well. Such clever people; opening up their own energy and asking for help from the energy/ruler of each planet, and therefore connecting with and integrating that particular planet’s energy into their own Energy Field – what clever people. What strength, support and guidance can be gained through connecting daily with the power of the planets, real physical things, not some distant abstract male god you’ve never set eyes upon! Those ancient people, who used to worship the Sun and the Earth and the planets – they had something. I wonder is that how all of these amazing manmade structures on Earth were built – through people connecting their human energy to that of the planets, for strength and power, I wonder. I wonder, is opening up your human energy field to the energy of planet Earth and all of the planets in the solar system, a way to harness health, power and goodness. For some reason, I like Venus and Jupiter, and I am convinced that there is a whole nation of people living on these planets, but because energetically they are very different from us – we can’t physically see them!! To me this makes perfect sense, but to you it might not, that the entire universe consists of different dimensions.

The New Way

Daily Routine Morning Time Try to do this before you leave your bed - when you breathe, send your out breath to the Soul of the Wind, the Sky, the Soil, the Trees, the Sea, the Grass, the Flowers, the Rocks and the Sun– all of nature. “I send out my breath to the Soul of the Earth and the Sun . In this way, I join with you, thank you.” Visualize yourself surrounded by White Light, the Light of the Sun – a protective Light to guard you from all negativity throughout the day. Visualize a white bubble, a white onesie or a white cloak. Ask The Chi Masters, Angels, Guides, whoever you want, to protect you from negativity throughout the day. I ask Raphael to make sure that my chakras which need to be open are open and the chakras which need to be closed are closed – for the next week, thank you.

Afternoon When you get home from work put some crystals around your feet and ask the Crystals themselves to take away your negativity. “Crystal Angels and Souls of the Crystals please take out the bad and bring in the good. Please repair all damage to my entire Being, and also please drain away any bad energy and put it into Mother Earth to be recycled, Thank you.” You can also mentally tell the bad energy in your aura (perhaps from your day) to leave and enter the earth where it will be recycled. Remember, YOU are in charge of YOUR ENERGY!!!! Place Crystals in water and ask for healing, then drink the water. I drink crystal water when I have a bath, I have a glass of water at the side of the bath. If I don’t have the actual crystals I simply ask the Energy Crystals – and this is handy to do at work on your break, state “I place ten Ethereal Diamond Crystals in this water and ask you to heal me, ground me and detox me, thank you.” Light incense and ask for the Higher Self of Incense to heal your aura. © Ellen Hare/The New Way

The New Way Put a meditation CD on or relaxing music and candles and incense when you are in the bath.

Night Time State mentally or out loud “Archangel Michael and Archangel Metatron please heal and protect all in existence for all eternity, and please will you get whoever you like to help you with this, for all eternity? Thank you.”

“Chi Masters, Nature Spirits and Angels, Archangels, Buddha, Mikao Usui, Jesus and Mary please heal me while I sleep, and inspire me with what I need, please.” Ask Jesus to cleanse your house from top to bottom every day, and also your entire Being, and those who you love. Ask Michael and Metatron to place a protective dome around you to cleanse and protect you for all eternity. Ask Uriel to bring you peace. Put Lavender on your pillow. Ask the Angels to send you a Sleep Angel, to look after you whilst you sleep. I have a stress Angel who sits on my bedside table at times, he is about one foot tall with electric red hair, and he is from the Angelic Kingdom on here on Earth. Please make up your very own unique daily routines, as only you truly know what is best for your own energy!!! Make your own prayers, meditations, and connect to the Angels and ask for their advice, help and exercises…Happy Healing…
