Audition for a Performing Arts Group Information about dance company and Upper School musical auditions will be available on the back-to-school information page published early summer. Sign Up for Middle School Sports Harpeth Hall has an open participation policy for all Middle School sports. Tryouts will take place during the first two days of practice for fall sports to assign girls to an appropriate team. Information about Middle School athletic opportunities is available in the Middle School news section on the current families page at HarpethHall.org. If you are interested in participating on a summer basketball team, please fill out the interest form by May 24. If you are interested in participating on a fall sports team, please fill out the form by August 1. Try Out for Upper School Athletics Tryouts will take place during the first two days of practice for fall sports. Students interested in a fall sport or basketball must submit the interest form by May 24. Submit Athletic Forms All students are required to submit a Harpeth Hall physician’s report annually. Upper School athletes must submit their form prior to the start of their season, or no later than August 1 for sports that begin after that date. The Athletics Department will notify athletes if an earlier date is necessary. A link to the form will be available on the backto-school information page on the current families page of the website. Order New Textbooks Information on textbooks for the 20212022 school year will be communicated through the back-to-school email series this summer. You will receive step-by-step instructions on how to order textbooks for your daughter. Complete Back-to-School Forms Before August 1 Harpeth Hall’s back-to-school information page will contain links to many valuable resources for the 2021-2022 school year. You will find a link on the current families page on the Harpeth Hall website this summer. Parents will receive a series of emails that link to the back-to-school information page, which includes reading lists, textbook lists, supply lists, uniform information, and more. Parents will be asked to complete a series of required back-toschool forms for their daughter, including medical forms, immunization forms, media releases, and trip agreement forms. These forms are required for every Harpeth Hall student each year and must be submitted by August 1. Purchase Uniforms The Harpeth Hall Parents Association hosts a Hang-Up Sale (gently worn uniform sale) before school starts. Dates and location of the sale will be promoted in the back-toschool email series. New uniforms can be purchased at the Mills Uniform store (204 Ward Circle, Suite 400, Brentwood) or at www.millswear.com. For online purchases, please use Harpeth Hall school code: 3816.
