In February, we welcome internationally acclaimed Scottish pianist Steven Osborne and March sees the highly anticipated return of global superstar Nicola Benedetti. The Albion Quartet, featuring renowned violinist Tamsin Waley-Cohen, share their passion for the chamber music of Dvorˇák, and bringing the series to a close is a piano recital by 2014’s BBC Young Musician of the Year, Martin James Bartlett. It was a shared belief in the communicative power of the string quartet that brought these accomplished musicians together and as an ensemble they have quickly developed a reputation for their innovative programming and stunning performances. The Quartet feels a particular affinity to the chamber music of Antonín Dvorˇák and their debut recordings of Dvorˇák’s Quartets will also be released in 2018, on Signum Records. Haydn Suk Dvor ˇák
