Pedestrian Comfort
The foot over bridge ensures safe crossing without causing congestion at KR circle and eliminating crossing to Gandhi square at Chamaraja circle, past the fast moving traffic
Exisisting balustrade and boundary of the parks are removed to ensure comfort and safety of the pedestrians.
Semi penetrable columns fized to the ground seperates the footpath and the park to avoid trespassing and ensuring safety
Childrens play ground, basket ball court are placed within the park closer to Hardinge circle to attract and invite the youth of the city to activate the space
Vegetation
Poly houses
Cultivation of green vegetables and workshops to promote government schemes and subsidies, encourage people to grow on their own preservation of local vegetation. The parks acts as a water retention spot creating a micro climate and water is reused for irrigation
Commerce
Designated shaded tonga parking is provided, promoting tonga rides around the palace
Revival of the parks will improve real estate value
Hotels near Sri - Harsha road will benfit from the frontage development
Activate Garuda malls (dead island space) and makaji- chawk will create a connection from Deveraja market and city bus stand absorbing crowd during dasara and other seasons due to favorable location of plaza near bus stand and will boost vendor activity
