HISTORY
Weaving is considered to be one of the first crafts. Originally the technique was applied to branches and twigs to create fences and enclosures The fly shuttle was invented in the 1730’s which doubled production. The Jacquard machine was invented in the early 1800’s, which uses a punch card system which was a precurser for modern day computer technology
