The investor renovated the property in just a few months and Charles sold the home for $380,000 later that year. Shortly after the sale, Charles moved to Philadelphia and worked with Redfin. During the 7 years he lived there, he sold over 230 homes and worked his way up to being one of the top 100 agents in Philadelphia.

Due to a pandemic miracle, Charles was able to move back to his hometown in North Carolina and continue to assist Philadelphia sellers while there. Nearly 10 years after selling the newly renovated 1410 N. Duke Street, he resold the property to a young couple looking to raise a family there for $600,000.
