ABV Tasting Notes The yeast strain used for the brewing of this American style pale ale is specially imported from the USA, 4.7 along with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops. The low colour Maris Otter malt provides a perfect light colour and dryness to complement the crisp taste and full aroma of the hops. Brewed to a recipe from 1911 by a long closed Kentish brewery this pale beer has a hint of honey-like sweetness balanced by the spicy bitterness of Goldings hops. If you like your hop content high, but your abv low, this golden session ale is ideal. Its packed with four 3.9 different hops to make this beer full of flavour despite being just 3.9% 4

Light hop aroma with underlying malt. Easy drinking copper ale with a superb balance of citrus hops, malt and bitterness. Bitter finish is slow to develop but long to fade. Champion Ale of Britain 2008.

This Black Cherry Mild is stirring emotions amongst those who enjoy a full and flavoursome dark mild. 4.2 Subtle additions of real black cherries in Muscavado with light Amarillo hopping provide a truly rich and wonderful taste experience. Brighton Best is a copper-coloured session bitter whichis packed full of wonderful flavour. The aroma is 4 overflowing with apricot andwarm orange with a hint of caramel and peach. A clean, satisfying and balanced beer. Downton Brewery Chimera IPA is a truly classic IPA bursting with resin and hoppy flavours that packs 6.8 quite a punch, as a traditional IPA should. Refreshing for the summer, yet strong enough to be warming in the winter. 5

Brewed with a crefl blend of 5 malts along with Casade and Summit hops to produce an intense combination of roasted flavours balanced with full fresh pine aroma. Rich, complex and distinctive.

A rich dark bitter that has a chewy toffee caramel body with chocolate undertones and a fruity bite from the Bramling Cross hops. Often copied but never equalled. Refreshing, golden beer full of life with hops all the way through. 4.5 Flowery & fruity hops in the mouth and malt undertones,with clean and lasting bittersweet finish.

A very clean, flaxen-coloured beer with wonderful thirst-quenching properties. The subtle blend of aroma 4.2 and bittering hops give a crispness on the tongue which is delicately fruity, giving way to some dryness. The inclusion of flaked maize in the grist subtlely hints at crisp corn flavours.

The palate sees more balance between gentle grainy maltiness and sprightly floral, citrusy fresh hop fruitiness. The finish is bittersweet with hints of citrus fruit weaving in and out.

Champion Beer at the Alton Beer Festival 2008, and also available in bottle. Honey Blonde is a light and refreshing blonde/golden ale, with subtle hints of honey and softly sweet malt. The finish is crisp and refreshing. Horsham Best has a wonderful aroma of caramel and roasted malt witha hint of smokiness and dried fruit. The beer has a smooth and full presence inthe mouth, packed with flavour and chockfull of English hops. Vanilla beer, this is a golden ale that balances out sweet vanilla flavours with some equally fragrant and punchy hops. Please note this is a beer that's strongly flavoured with vanilla and one that is definitely a talking point. Not for the cautious.

Mary’s’ Ruby Mild is an award winning, silky smooth beer. Full of aroma and character with a Port like 6.5 ‘nose’. Carefully crafted to a higher than average ABV in order to capture the flavours of an old style ruby mild. So... lightly hopped but certainly not weak.

A popular rich golden ale with a floral aroma preceding citrus and tropical fruit flavour from the Australian galaxy hops. 2013 bronze best bitter CAMRA. Complex copper-coloured beer. The initial hoppiness is balanced with a long fruity, malty finish. Very moreish. A powerfully hopped golden bitter that explodes with citrus grapefruit flavours, Proper Job was awarded a silver medal in the ‘Golden Ales' category of the 2009 Champion Beer of Britain competition at the Great British Beer Festival, held at Earls Court in London. a First Class bitter with a crisp bite balanced with a silky finish. Brewed with Admiral & Golding hops, Pullman is a luxurious ale to be enjoyed on its own or with fine food. This remains a popular session bitter. Four varieties of hops (Challenger, East Kent Goldings, Pioneer, and Styrian Goldings) provide a full range of floral and citrus aromas, and a moreish bitterness that drinks superbly down the glass. A satisfying world class pale ale, made with maris otter pale ale malt & a blend of four hops from America, Germany, New Zealand & Slovakia. Each one selected for their spiciness and aroma and all giving that certain something to back up the wholesome maltiness provided by the maris otter. The flagship beer is pale in colour with a subtle hint of grapefruit and lemon in the aroma. The wonderful hop bitterness is complemented by a balanced malt flavour. The beer has a long finish, which is moderately dry. Late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian malted barley, sourced locally to the brewery. It uses a blend of hop varieties, which are added late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. A very smooth, full-flavoured premium bitter. An excellent balance of malt, fruit and hops comes through in this rich, chestnut-coloured beer.

An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma. This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish. Brewed with 100% pale ale malt to produce a very clean taste and a bright golden colour. This beer is 4.2 bursting with summer flavours from a large dose of Crystal hops & freshly ground coriander which is added at the end of the boil. 5
