Chicken Piccata Ingredients 3 T. Olive oil 4-5 ea. chicken breasts 1 cup flour (for dredging) 1/2 jar Lemon Caper Cooking sauce
For garnish (optional) 1/8 cup Italian parsley; chopped 1 lemon; sliced
Directions Add olive oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Drag chicken through flour to coat each breast. Brown the chicken in the olive oil for 3 minutes and flip and cook 3 more minutes. The Add Lemon Caper sauce and simmer to finish cooking the chicken (approx. 5 minutes). Serve with pasta and a salad. Garnish with parsley & lemon slices. Have this meal done in less than 20 minutes.
