Chicken Marsala Ingredients 3 T. Olive oil 4-5 ea. chicken breasts 1 cup flour (for dredging) 1/2 jar Mushroom Marsala Cooking sauce For garnish (optional) 1/8 cup Italian parsley; chopped
Directions Add olive oil in a sauce pan over medium high heat. Drag chicken through flour to coat each breast. Brown the chicken in the olive oil for 3 minutes and flip and cook 3 more minutes. Add Mushroom Marsala sauce and simmer to finish cooking the chicken (approx. 5 minutes). Serve with pasta or potatoes. Garnish with parsley. This is equally good using the slow cooker without the olive oil and flour. Set on low for 6 hours-dinner ready as you walk in the door!
