Tequila Lime Mexican Soup
Ingredients 2 oz. Jalapeños 1 jar (16 oz) Tequila Lime Cooking sauce 3 cups Chicken Stock
2 cups shredded Chicken 1 ea. Avocado; diced 2 T. Cojita Cheese; crumbled
Directions In a sauce pan over medium high heat combine jalapeños, Tequila Lime cooking sauce, chicken stock and chicken (I use rotisserie chicken). Bring to a simmer until the soup is hot and reaches 165°. Top soup with diced avocados, crumbled cojita cheese (Mexican white cheese). If desired garnish with a lime wedge and sprig of cilantro.
