Tequila Lime Sea Bass

Ingredients 4 ea. 6 oz. sea bass filets 1 cup (1/2 jar) Tequila Lime Cooking sauce

Directions Preheat oven to 500째. Place filets in a casserole pan lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and pour sauce over each filet. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover pan and ladle the sauce over the filets and return to the oven under the broil option and cook for 3 minutes. Serve with Spanish rice and your choice of vegetable; garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
