5. Parent wellbeing
For working parents, finding support and information on how to manage and improve your family’s wellness is often an area of your life you may not have time to address.
We have teamed up with The Conversation Stamford, who are a not-for-profit organisation and have been running workshops for children and young people in schools and colleges over the past decade.
Gemma and Sarah Jane are now providing support for parents through a digital package of videos, looking at four key lifestyle areas to support you and your family in managing your lives.

■ Building foundations for healthy relationships
■ Parenting amidst anxiety
Each talk lasts approximately an hour, but is split up into 20-minute sections, making the information more manageable and digestible. Each section provides enough content for reflection and discussion. You can, of course, view all three parts on the one topic in one go.
Their videos will be available during May and we’ll let you know how to view them at the appropriate time.
