Reflexology/Indian head massage Jo and Ainsley WEDNESDAY 22 JUNE
https://reflexologyandmassage.co.uk/ Reflexology has been around for thousands of years. The treatment begins with massage and then different nerves on the feet are pressed by the therapist’s thumbs and fingers. There are over 7,000 nerves in the feet and these link to different parts of the body. The aim of reflexology is to aid the body to work at its best and a reflexologist will stimulate or sedate different nerve areas to achieve this. This therapy is relaxing and a really good stress-reducer, helping to alleviate many conditions, including stress, hormone and digestive-related concerns.
Indian Head Massage is usually provided in a seated position. You can either have the massage fully clothed or remove your top and wrap a towel around your upper body. Massage is provided on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, face and upper arms. Lower arms and hands can also be included if you wish. Indian Head Massage is great for people who suffer from neck and shoulder tension and headaches.
We will be offering 20 minute treatment tasters between 11.30-14.20 to 14 employees, on a first come, first served basis.
