Sarah is a Level 3 Mat Based Pilates instructor and runs her own Pilates business providing classes in Cheltenham.

Suffering a back injury a few years ago, Sarah was unable to do any of the sport she enjoyed whilst she was recovering, so as part of her rehab, it was recommended she took up Pilates,

It worked wonders and she was back to her regular running and cycling. She practices 2/3 times a week as good maintenance for her body and core strength.

Sarah has been working with us since October 2020, providing weekly evening Zoom lessons which have been very popular.

She will be back with us this October – all levels welcome. Keep checking the eHub for her dates.

If you're unable to join her evening sessions, she will be recording her lesson which will be uploaded to the eHub the next day.

Charlotte undertook her 200-hour Vinyasa yoga teacher qualification and is now teaching in and around Cheltenham and Gloucester.

Incorporating a fun workout for her clients, as well as ensuring their minds get a break from stressful lives, Charlotte really does offer an all-round solution for body and mind.

Charlotte started working with us at the beginning of the pandemic, when going to the gym was not an option. She’s back again this year on Wednesday mornings (until the end of April) for an hour, 07.30-08.30, having started with us again on 2 February.

Watch the recorded sessions to catch up on any classes you’ve missed! They’re uploaded to our MBS page every week.
