Mirko Jovanović, Partner E-mail: mirko.jovanovic@jmslaw.rs Languages: Serbian and English Mirko Jovanović has been a member of the Bar Council of Belgrade since 1985. He advises global, national and local clients on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial Law. Since 1990, he has been constantly providing professional services to bankruptcy and liquidation trustees, bankruptcy and liquidation councils, compulsory settlement trustees and other authorities in the bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings. His work in numerous contentious matters includes the provision of legal advice and opinions from the very creation of a case, prioritizing and providing principle guidelines for successful case preparation. Mr. Jovanović is the author of several studies published in the magazine "Legal Life" and visiting lecturer of the “Kopaonik” School of Natural Law. He has special interest and appropriate qualifications for the legal informatics, including pioneer author project "Basis of Legal Practice on PC".
Nenad Milovanović, Partner E-mail: nenad.milovanovic@jmslaw.rs Languages: Serbian and English Nenad Milovanović was admitted to Belgrade Bar Chamber in 1987. His extensive experience in litigation comes from handling a large number of individual cases throughout the jurisdictions of former Yugoslavia. Mr. Milovanović is currently dealing with a broad spectrum of national and international cases before the High Court of Commerce, Supreme Court and Professional Disciplinary Tribunals. As a member of the Fraud Network and the Antipiracy Association his areas of special interest are Business Investigations; Down Raid Procedures etc. He acted as a legal consultant to the Ministry of Culture and Serbian Film Centre in the legal drafting procedures.

Nicholas Hammond has an extensive legal experience in the UK and Continental Europe and has first come to Romania in the early 90s to advise on some of the most important privatization cases of former Romanian state owned companies.
