Price of rent in Andalusia rises by 6.44% compared to last year
The property sector continues on an upward trend and with even greater growth, in the department and area pf rentals: something that is practically out of stock in Sotogrande, according to specialised sources. The average flat rental in Andalusia saw a monthly variation of 1.28%, compared to April 2022, it rose by 6.44%, the fifth highest rise nationally.

Andalusia was the eighth most expensive autonomous community for monthly rent for tenants, behind the Balearic Islands, among others. In rental, in Spain the average flat rental had a month on month rise of 1.13% and an increase of 5.51%, compared to last year according to the site Pisos.
With regard to Andalusian provinces, Seville (2.15%) had the most significant monthly upturn in the region. In turn, Córdoba (-0.86%) was the only one in the autonomous region that fell.
