Joyner University Area Community Library, located adjacent to Muller Elementary Magnet School on 22nd Street in the University Area of Tampa, is our newest library which opened in January 2018. Homework Tip #1 Keep it Organized
Have your child try different organizational systems, use a calendar or scheduling app to manage their homework deadlines.
HCPLC no longer charges late fines on materials that are overdue! The library’s mission is to focus on open access to information and materials.
Your checkout loan periods have not changed and the grace period is now eight days. You can check out a total of 35 items. You can now place holds on 35 items at a time. Any items that you have checked out will automatically renew two days prior to their due date as long as nobody else is waiting for them.

Celebrate a child's success to reinforce the positive effort.
Hours of interactive learning and play Playaway Launchpad features learning apps grouped together by subject area, theme, grade level and age. From Early Literacy, STEAM, Science, Critical Thinking and more. Children can play educational games without being able to "surf the net." Launchpads are available at the following libraries: Brandon Regional Library John F. A Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is made up of middle and high school teens who have a desire to help their community and a love for the library.
