Method To Prepare
Heat oven up to 200C/fan. Meanwhile, add salted water in a pan and cook asparagus for a minute.

Remove the water from asparagus and keep it under cold tap water to wash it. Drain the water again.
Now toss cooked asparagus in olive oil for 2 minutes. Now add salmon fillets over it. Make sure there are no pin bones in the fillets.
Then prepare the crust with a blend of lemon zest, butter, breadcrumbs and pepper.
Sprinkle the mixture over the salmon layer and then add the lemon juice from over the fish.
Roast the fish fillets for 15 minutes or until it is opaque and texture turns firm. Sprinkle the chopped chives.
