Full Consultation £44 (7-10 Day Process) • Needs Assessment - EbonyKa POS will gather information and complete assessment. Client will complete service questionnaire and provide picture and video uploads. Home or working space visit maybe scheduled with additional telephone, Skype or zoom contact. •
Solution Plan – EbonyKa POS will provide an assessment summary with proposed Solution Plan of Action, offering support information, tips, tools and recommendations tailored to your assessment needs. Potential project timeline with costs outlined.

Solution Plan Discussion – Final assessment process discussion. Solution Plan will be discussed and fine-tuned. Client will make a decision on next steps i.e. to work the Solution Plan independently, or with full / partial support of EbonyKa POS

Three Month Review – However you decide to move forward with your Solution Plan EbonyKa POS will follow-up with you to review how you are getting and offer any additional support needed.
