About the Founder The Founder of EbonyKa POS, Leanne Palmer was born with an innate skill to see space in the most cluttered and chaotic situations; to organise, re-arrange, measure by eye and minimise is just her natural thing! Having moved homes several times throughout her childhood sifting, sorting, discarding and packing has come to be her place of solace. Maximising constricted spaces, creating displays and lifting dense energy is her therapy! Over the years she has helped many people which has enabled her to learn and appreciate minimising and letting go is a unique gift and experience not shared by many other people. She totally empathises with the level of stress and anxiety moving home, organising and discarding items can cause most people. Her overall caring and healing tendency naturally brings ease and order to the most chaotic situations and generally soothes anxiety. Her Social Work background, extensive experience of working with diverse, Individuals, Families and Professionals – has shaped her Person-Centred approach to practice and service delivery. She really values and embraces the importance of holistic, nonjudgemental, tailored and task centred working methods. Leanne chooses to work with real people, living real lives in real homes‌ rather than minimalistic magazines covers and show homes.
