Scriptures are Vital to your Walk and vital for Your Spiritual growth We here at Heart to Heart had said at the first of the year that we are going to talk about spiritual growth in the year 2015, We are in our 15 year and all we do and how far we go is because we Go by the scriptures that God has written though the many men from Abraham to Mosses to Daniel to Paul to all the disciples God is the author of the good Book that means he handpicked the scriptures And the men who had a part of writing the word & you learn from them & this Great Book Mathew 4:4 Jesus said it is written Man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God. So the words say it straight out comes from the mouth of God so why do we need to read the word? Why do we grow? How do ministries prosper? Good question the answer is Scriptures
and like it says here they come from God. With Scriptures We Prosper Psalms 18; 7 The law of the lord is perfect reviving the soul the statutes of the lord are trustworthy making wise the simple. Look on earth there is the law of man or the law of land but now there is also the law in the Lord & your Christian walk and that comes from the Scriptures so for us as we need to follow Gods words ways & Scriptures Gods not asking us to memorize every word but to read every word the words are like Gold they will help grow move and prosper in our walks why do you think the word is the number one Book. Romans 15:4 Everything that is written in the past was written to teach us so through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
If you go from the start of the bible to the end and you look at the first 5 that mosses wrote you understand why the book is critical to our walks & lives as I teach at church nursing homes I always say that if you do not pick up the word. You will not learn you will not prosper but if you are obedient to reading you will go a long way There is so many Like Moses Daniel Paul that are Great authors Hebrews 4:12 The word of God is living and active sharper than any doubled edged sword it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit joints and morrow it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. There was a reason why the word was written why they were said why God had many servants put them into words and how every one learns and grows in our leadership classes we try hard to Teach why scriptures are important to are walks but I want you to also understand Do not ever change the words of God there is a reason why God had all written one way
