H2H Lifeline God Builds a Nation Not Man... God Builds a Nation Not Man I want to tell you The Story today about a promise and the miracle that goes with it. I really want you to pay attention to the scripture & Goals the power & the presence of the lord I always tell everyone to read the hole Bible do not miss one things for the word is are guidance & we all need that in our lives Thru Israel, God will reveal His presence power & plan to get us back. Let us talk about the presence of God from day one to this day Today Let see the works of God you will see here we talk about Abraham and why God called Him but everyone else like Moses to Daniel & most of all Jesus & the Disciples Journey every part of The Story from beginning to Reve-

lation. Genesis 12:1-4 (NASB) Every nation has to start with someone 1 Now the LORD said to Abram, "Go forth from your country, And from your relatives And from your father's house, To the land which I will show you; 2 And I will make you a great nation, And I will bless you, And make your name great; And so you shall be a blessing; 3 And I will bless those who bless you, And the one who curses you I will curse. And in you all the families of the earth will be blessed." 4 So Abram went forth as the LORD had spoken to him; and Lot went with him. Now Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran. Why do you think so many things are happening on this earth today why do you think so much hurt is in the world well think about it some choose to live in sin & not with God

God uses the most unlikely people to accomplish His Purpose think about that for a second God does use the most unlikely people to go forth to do the work even now when I look at some of those with bad passes and I see them doing for the Lord my Draw drops because you would of not know they can change But God No one else did that like it says look at Abraham Hebrews 11:8 (NASB) 8 By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed by going out to a place which he was to receive for an inheritance; and he went out, not knowing where he was going. Abraham used faith and obeyed And all his troubles went away right ?NO they did not hear what came up next Famine, relocation, family for 24 years -and no child as God promised . The thing about this all that was promised but yet he had to wait & trust God there is no other way to do that then the faith the Lord Teaches you Let me Ask you this How many of you would just get in the Car & Drive not knowing where your final destination is? Because if you don't know where that

distinction is you can be in a knee full of Trouble what excites me is sometimes God waits to the last minute in ministry for me to know what up next But I know it’s him because it does Test Me Romans 4:18-21 (NIV) *Who is this guy? –super c –perfect home –supportive friends –super power 18 Against all hope (time of struggle), Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, "So shall your offspring be." 19 Without weakening in his faith (in the fight), he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead --since he was about a hundred years old--and that Sarah's womb was also dead. 20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,) 21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised. Let me ask you this Did Abraham trust God or Man ?I want you to Look at the world Today & everything you see from everyday life to the Government & with seeing all that where is your Trust going to be In ? Question: What did Abraham know that allowed him to trust that deeply? I know what helps me #1 God #2 the Word #3 Faith #4 obedience #5 Being like my Lord Jesus for He said for me to follow Him No other is that not what Abraham Did? 2. Abraham knew to hold on to the Promise by faith Gen 12,

15yr look at the sky Genesis 15:7, 8 (NASB) 7 And He said to him, "I am the LORD who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldean's, to give you this land to possess it." 8 He said, "O Lord GOD, how may I know that I will possess it?" Now I like this guy! It’s like he was saying really? Learn how to ask questions in faith (because you want a Word) 3. kings cut animals in half-walk, happen me In the Upper Story, God creates the Lower Story. His vision is to come down and be with us in a beautiful garden. The first two people reject God’s vision and are escorted from paradise. Their decision introduces sin into the human race and keeps us from community with Father God. At this moment God gives a promise and launches a plan to get us back. The rest of the Bible is The Story of how He kept that promise and made it possible for us to enter a loving relationship with Him. God builds a brand new nation called Israel. Through this nation, He will reveal His presence, power, and plan to get us back. Every story of Israel will point to the first coming of Jesus-the ONE who will provide the way back home to Father. Because of what is going on in this world today & this country I had to put a news letter out there so that we get it, understand it & follow God follow faith so here is a few things to do # one understand what God is Teaching# 2 Read the Word from geneses to Revelation that is the only way this world will improve I end with this God built this Nation not You Not Me Not Government God Did, so respect what he built remember in the pledge it says one Nation under God I stand on that so should you Rev Jerry Lee Williams Heart to Heart Ministries

As adults age their nutritional needs change. The body uses nutrients differently and often needs more of certain nutrients. One of those nutrients is Vitamin D. Vitamin D is nutrient known as the “sunshine vitamin.” Vitamin D is a hormone your body can convert from sunlight after it hits unprotected skin. The problem is, after fall, winter and spring many older adults are left deficient of Vitamin D due to decreased exposure to the sun. Vitamin D aids in bone health and reduces the risk of cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and autoimmune diseases. Although an abundant amount of Vitamin D is received from the sun, it is still estimated that 40-75% of people are deficient. Just ten to fifteen minutes of direct sun light on your face, arms and legs a couple times a week can help you reach your Vitamin D goals. Don’t forget your sun screen. After your 10 minutes of direct sun light add your sunscreen to avoid over exposure. Vitamin D is found naturally in only a few foods. Many foods may be fortified with Vitamin D. Usually Calcium rich foods are fortified with Vitamin D to help the body better absorb the Calcium found in the food. The intestines need Vitamin D in order to absorb Calcium efficiently. Good food sources of Vitamin D includes; fortified dairy, yogurts, cereals, and fatty fish like Salmon, Trout, Mackerel, Halibut and Swordfish. There are also small amounts of Vitamin D in mushrooms and eggs. With limited sun exposure from sunscreens and limited availability in food, it is easy to become deficient in Vitamin D.

need 600IU each day and adults 71+ need 800 IU each day. Even with sun exposure and eating good sources of Vitamin D some individuals may still be deficient. See your doctor and they can check to see if you are deficient in Vitamin D and recommend a supplement if needed. It is important to be checked for a Vitamin D deficiency before taking supplements. Vitamin D is a Fat-Soluble vitamin which means the vitamin can build up in the body and is not as easily excreted. Having too much Vitamin D from supplements can cause harm. However, there is no fear of overdosing from the sun. Your body regulates how much Vitamin D it makes from the sun.

Be Careful! Avoid extended exposure to sunlight without sunscreen.

Low Vitamin D is associate with decreased bone mass and osteoporosis. Without vitamin D bones can become brittle and prone to fracture. It is recommended in the 2015 Dietary Guidelines for Americans that adults 51+

Daniel Miller ~Program Director We are a small group of volunteers who want to see nothing more than the smile on the face of the seniors we come in contact with no matter where we are or how we come in contact. It's about doing the right thing and being there for those who have no one else. We are a small call center planned to have 6 phone lines and a small office based out of Lexington, KY where Pastor Miller lives and works. Our hours may vary based on availability of volunteers and office hours which will be posted. Aside from our call center our web site will have a chat option on it for those who are more technically inclined. It is with a good heart that we move forward in taking care of the elderly in our communities. We may be a small start but it's the small things that can make a big difference in someone's life.

Want a deeper walk with God? Give Him just seven minutes and see what happens! ½ Minute: Preparing Your Heart Invest the first 30 seconds preparing your heart. You might pray, “Lord, cleanse my heart so You can speak to me through the Scriptures. Make my mind alert, my soul active, and my heart responsive. Surround me with Your presence during this time.” 4 Minutes: Listening to God (Scriptur e Reading) Take the next four minutes to read the Bible. Your greatest need is to hear a word from God. Allow the Word to strike fire in your heart. Meet the Author! 2½ Minutes: Talking to God (Prayer) After God has spoken through His Book, then speak to Him in prayer. One method is to incorporate four areas of prayer that you can remember with the word ACTS.

Adoration. This is the purest kind of prayer because it’s all for God. Tell the Lord that you love Him. Reflect on His greatness.

Confession. Having seen Him, you now want to be sure every sin is cleansed and forsaken. “Confession” comes from a root word meaning “to agree together with.” When we apply this to prayer, it means we agree with God’s estimation of what we’ve done.

Thanksgiving. Think of several specific things to thank Him for: your family, your business, your church—even thank Him for hardships.

Supplication. This means to “ask for, earnestly and humbly.” Ask for others, then ask for yourself. Include people around the world, missionaries, friends, and those who have yet to hear about Jesus.

As always please remember to recycle. Heart to Heart Ministries Monthly Lifeline Newsletter www.h2hmin.com June 2017 Vol: 7 Issue: 6 Page Number:9
