I supported a small integrated team of interior designers and landscape architects on this project while at GGLO. In addition to driving the majority of the interior design decisions, I collaborated with teammates to develop a strong concept that was carried through the landscape, building facade, and interior. My work with concept development played a key role in the client’s rebranding efforts. I worked on this project while at GGLO in conjunction with a redesign of the property’s leasing office and amenity spaces. Under the guidance of a more senior designer, I developed unit finish schemes that aligned with our project’s concept while following the client’s budgeting guidelines. I additionally looked for retail furniture items and art to furnish the model unit in a way that would appeal to the client’s target resident. Lighthouse Apartments Leasing Office On this GGLO project, our goal was to create a leasing office that had a comfortable, residential feel to it. During our design process, I worked closely with the landscape architecture team to ensure that the new leasing office and clubhouse would have a similar aesthetic to the pool area to create a cohesive amenity experience.

The premise of this project was to design a luxury boutique hotel in an existing building in Florence, Italy. Part of the challenge was to leave two historical cafes in the building untouched, but also fit in a reception and lobby, a media area, and a wellness center. As a thinner version of the Logo Font, this should be used where a large font is needed, but it is not appropriate to use the Logo Font (subheaders, section titles, stylized quotes, navigation bar, etc.) When used close to the Logo Font, it is best to use the same font size. It should always be significantly larger than the main body font.
