The Henry County Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber Ambassadors honored one of their own by awarding the 2012 Chamber Ambassador of the Year to Ms. Debbie Almond. Debbie is the Senior Marketing Representative with ServiceMaster South Metro. A volunteer with the Chamber for many years, Debbie also serves as secretary of the Membership Committee. As a Chamber Ambassador, Debbie participated in most of the ribbon cutting ceremonies in 2012. She also volunteered at the Chamber Golf Classic, Membership Appreciation Luncheon, New Member Reception, and many other Chamber events throughout the year. “I love people and enjoy meeting others in all types of business,” says Debbie. “Serving as a Chamber ambassador allows me to expand my network and to welcome others as they begin their business venture in Henry County.” Debbie is always there to offer a smile and welcoming hand to new members.

Wednesday, February 13 is Henry County day at the state capitol, hosted by the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and the Henry County Development Authority.
